The Brazilian government is compiling a database about foreign national barriers, particularly non-tariff barriers, to which Brazilian exports are subjected in several countries along the world.
We would like to invite you to use this platform named “SEM Barreiras” to orient Brazilian trade policies aimed at enhancing market access for Brazilian goods and trade flows between Brazilian exporters and their foreign partners.
The database is available online, at “https://barreirascomerciais.dpr.gov.br“, and any user can input information about measures and procedures that are harming or have the potential to harm Brazilian exports.
You can input the information about barriers directly into the database via website, or send such information to the Trade Promotion Section via email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. The option of sending the information to SECOM (Trade Promotion Section) is particularly applicable in situations in which you are in doubt regarding the applicability of possible barriers to Brazilian exports, which, once informed will be investigated by SECOM.
If you are a importers of Brazilian goods you also may be interested in the Greatest Supermarket event in the world.
